Sidney Cramer is owner of Spa Sidney and in the field of esthetics since 1986. He has taught skin care to estheticians in the US, England, and South Africa. Has done facials on Jane Seymour, Angela Bassett, Sir Ian McKellen, and guests at Spa Sidney. Sidney's career started in a traditional European skin care clinic. He worked for a prominent dermatologist, cosmetic surgeon who discovered Benzoyl Peroxide and co-developed Retin A. He also practiced esthetics in an Aveda concept salon and was an AVEDA Educator. He brings his expertise to answer your skin care needs.

Eda has been a massage therapist since 1998, and is trained in: Oncology massage, Thai, shiatsu, Swedish, Pregnancy, orthopedic-medical, reflexology, polarity, aromatherapy, and myofascial massage. She tailors each service to the client's concerns such as: chronic pain issues, stress relief, skin smoothing, detox/cellulite reduction, break down of scar tissue, and she can address physical issues (like neuropathy) that arise from systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. She believes that exercise, good nutrition, yoga, and therapeutic massage every two weeks are the foundations of good health.
